YOUR ROLE
Aramark Food Services are currently seeking to recruit a Barista to join our team here in Galway, You will report to the Restaurant Manager this role requires a customer focused personality with a passion for excellent coffee. You will be helping us to deliver our catering services to the staff and visitors within Boston Scientific. This is a very rewarding position for the right candidate.

**This is a permanent role working 5/7 days per week**
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and take complete ownership of a stand-alone coffee bar
To prepare speciality hot & cold beverages to order in a timely manner adhering to the highest coffee standards
To 'Upsell' products and promote sales at all times
Ensure cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to
To deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
To carry out any reasonable management requests and attend training courses when required
To be responsible for end of day closing procedures including cash handling
REQUIREMENTS
You have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Cash handling experience
-
Excellent customer service skills

Have high personal standards and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills
-
Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP

Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative

Strong understanding of English.
