Mixologist to join our dynamic team in the heart of Killarney.
About the Role
As our Mixologist, you’ll be at the centre of our bar experience, designing and delivering exceptional cocktails while engaging with guests in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and serve high-quality, innovative cocktails with consistency and flair
· Develop seasonal drink menus and signature serves
· Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
· Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
· Stay up-to-date with cocktail trends, techniques, and premium spirits
· Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service
What We’re Looking For
· Experienced bartender with proven cocktail experience or with a strong desire to learn
· Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
· Passion for hospitality and guest experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Creativity and attention to detail
