Fishy Fishy, one of Ireland’s best-known seafood restaurants, is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team as we move into a busy new season.
We focus on the freshest local seafood, seasonal produce, and creative plates served in a vibrant, high-volume setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef ready to take ownership of a renowned kitchen and continue delivering excellent standards of food and service.

What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as Head Chef (or Sous Chef ready to step up)
- Ability to manage kitchen operations, ordering, scheduling & HACCP
- Passion for fresh seafood and creative menu development
- Strong leadership, communication and teamwork skills
- High standards of quality, presentation and consistency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
