We are looking for a Junior LMS Administrator to support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), security awareness platform, and reporting activities across our global organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop experience in learning administration, reporting, data analysis, and governance support within an IT and cybersecurity environment.
You will work closely with technical and business teams, helping to coordinate training activities, maintain accurate learning records, analyse data, and produce reports that support business decision-making and compliance objectives.
This position can be based in either Hull, UK or Dublin, Ireland.

Support the day-to-day administration and optimisation of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS) and security awareness platform.

Coordinate global training campaigns, onboarding activities, and awareness initiatives.

Manage training records, user accounts, course assignments, and completion tracking.

Monitor training engagement and compliance levels and help drive participation across the business.

Produce reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.

Analyse training, compliance, and operational data, presenting findings in a clear and meaningful way.

Support KPI reporting and help identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Assist with governance-related administration, documentation, and reporting activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across reporting and learning platforms.

Support business stakeholders by providing timely reporting, analysis, and administrative assistance.

Ensure activities align with internal policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).

Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel.

Ability to analyse information and present findings through clear, informative reports.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience with Power BI or other reporting and dashboard tools (desirable).

Experience administering, supporting, or using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be beneficial.

Understanding of KPIs, reporting metrics, and data analysis concepts (desirable).

Exposure to training coordination, compliance administration, learning systems, or business reporting activities (desirable).
