We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and structural systems across the company's premises, as well as general building repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the facilities, working flexibly across different maintenance areas according to day-to-day operational needs.
Key responsibilities:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, including panels, lighting, and earthing, under the supervision of the company's certified Qualified Certifier.
Fault diagnosis on installations and equipment.
General building repairs, including light carpentry (doors, skirting, timber structures) and repair-level masonry.
Installation and maintenance of cabling, conduits, and electrical equipment.
Supporting construction and refurbishment projects as operational needs require.
Compliance with workplace safety standards, including Safe Pass.
Documentation of maintenance activities carried out.
Requirements:
Proven previous experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance.
Ability to work across multiple maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, general repairs).
Relevant occupational safety certifications will be considered an advantage.
Good teamwork and ability to work independently.
Willingness to complete Safe Pass (mandatory course for construction site work in Ireland).
