We are looking for an experienced and motivated Depot Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our busy Autoglass depot based in Kilkenny City.
The Role
As Depot Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 3-4 technicians, ensure excellent customer service, and make sure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Salary is negotiable based on level of experience.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Autoglass depot.
- Lead, motivate, and support technicians.
- Organize daily workloads and bookings.
- Ensure vehicles and customers are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and customer service.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and inventory.
- Ensure all health & safety procedures and company policies are followed.
- Handle any customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient depot.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and make decisions confidently.
- Must have an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pay: From €28,696.00 per year
