Reformer Pilates Instructors – Part-Time / Flexible Cover

Studio 22 is looking for experienced and fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team in Dún Laoghaire.
We are looking for instructors interested in taking on regular blocks of classes each week, as well as instructors who would like to join our team for flexible cover shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends.
At Studio 22, our Reformer classes are kept intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 clients per class, allowing our instructors to provide a high level of coaching, attention and support to every client.
The Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Studio 22, you will:
- Deliver engaging, safe and high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
- Confidently programme and structure your own sessions
- Provide modifications and progressions to suit different abilities and experience levels
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients
- Build strong relationships with our members and contribute to the Studio 22 community
- Maintain high standards within the Reformer studio
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are fully qualified in Reformer Pilates
- Have previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes
- Are confident programming your own sessions
- Have a strong understanding of technique, form and safe movement
- Are reliable, professional and personable
- Enjoy getting to know your clients and building strong relationships
- Are passionate about delivering an excellent client experience
Hours
We have opportunities available for:
Regular weekly class blocks
and/or
Flexible cover shifts
Cover opportunities are available across mornings, evenings and weekends.
This could suit an instructor looking for regular weekly hours or an experienced instructor already teaching elsewhere who would like additional flexible classes.

Our focus is on providing a high-quality, personal training experience within a friendly and welcoming community. Our Reformer Pilates classes are capped at just 8 participants, allowing our instructors to coach rather than simply lead a class.
