We are now seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Dublin-based team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics, supply chain, or business operations within an international trading environment.
The role will primarily support the logistics department while also providing administrative support across other areas of the business when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing purchase orders and sales orders
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
- Monitor deliveries and update internal teams
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork)
- Maintain accurate stock records and update internal systems
- Liaise with third-party warehouses and transport providers
- Provide general administrative support to sales, finance and operations teams
- Assist with reporting and data entry (Excel-based)
Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administration is beneficial but not essential.
Experience using an accounting or ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks) would be an advantage, but is not required, as training will be provided.
