Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Business Development Manager to join our team at our Dublin 2 office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from multinational organisations to SMEs, helping them find innovative print and visual communication solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Director on a daily basis to achieve set targets.
- Make and take strategic calls to grow business from new relationships.
- Increase sales from existing accounts.
- Prospect into new groups & divisions of existing customers.
- Develop dormant accounts.
- Process and organise print orders through our in-house management system.
- Problem solve and find solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with all the Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience of managing, developing and maintaining client relationships.
- The ability to collaborate and work as a team.
- Target & sales driven.
- Proven track record working unaided in detecting and supporting existing and new business.

This role is only suitable for candidates with sales experience in the print, signage, or display industry.
