RMA Architects are seeking a Registered Architect to work on a variety of projects at all stages including residential, housing, institutional and protected structures. There is a great opportunity to broaden skills and gain on-site experience.
Job Requirements
- Strong design and technical skills and an ability and confidence to resolve technical issues as they arise on site and carry out site inspections
- Good communication skills and an ability to lead a design team and collaborate with contractors
- An interest or experience in conservation
- An ability to administer the standard form of contract and resolve issues as they arise
- Strong CAD skills with ability to manage drawings and information
- A working knowledge of Building Regulations and the process of BCAR
- Salary based on skills and experience
