We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations, International Relations & Partnerships Manager to help drive organisational effectiveness, strengthen strategic relationships, and support the continued growth of Guaranteed Irish in Ireland and internationally.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will play a key leadership role in ensuring the effective and efficient running of Guaranteed Irish while supporting the organisation's strategic growth objectives.
The successful candidate will lead people and culture, organisational effectiveness, strategic partnerships and international engagement. Working closely with the CEO and Heads of Team, they will identify opportunities to strengthen organisational performance, enhance member value, drive operational excellence and support the continued growth and profile of Guaranteed Irish in Ireland and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
People & Culture
- Lead the organisation's people and culture agenda, fostering a positive, high-performing and values-led workplace.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and staff development processes.
- Support Heads of Team in building capability, developing talent and achieving team objectives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant, effective and aligned with organisational values.
Operations & Organisational Performance
- Support the CEO in delivering the organisation's strategic plan, objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient and effective running of the organisation.
- Monitor organisational performance and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain organisational policies, procedures, governance frameworks and risk management processes.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and service providers, including landlords, IT, facilities and professional services.
- Ensure value for money and operational excellence across systems, suppliers and internal processes.
CRM, Systems & Process Management
- Own and oversee the organisation's CRM strategy and management, ensuring HubSpot is effectively utilised across all teams.
- Drive data quality, reporting capability and process optimisation to support organisational decision-making.
- Champion project management best practice and oversee the effective use of Asana and other collaboration tools.
- Lead the identification and implementation of systems, technologies and process improvements that enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Support strong internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.
Membership & Advocacy
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the Membership Manager.
- Work with the Membership Manager and wider team to identify opportunities to grow membership, strengthen engagement and enhance member value.
Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships
- Provide strategic oversight of Guaranteed Irish's sustainability agenda and ensure responsible business practices are embedded across organisational operations.
- Coach and support the Sustainability & Partnerships Senior Executive in the delivery of key programmes and initiatives.
- Maintain senior-level relationships with priority stakeholders across industry, government, education and the sustainability ecosystem.
- Support and enable the development of collaborative initiatives that enhance the profile, impact and reach of Guaranteed Irish.
International Relations
- Support the development and delivery of Guaranteed Irish's international engagement strategy.
- Lead the coordination of international trade missions, partnership initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Business, Management, HR or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years' experience in operations, business management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing people and leading teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Strong integrity and discretion, with a proven ability to build trust across teams while handling confidential organisational, commercial and personnel information responsibly and professionally.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Digitally savvy with experience implementing and optimising business systems and technology platforms. Experience managing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the Irish business landscape and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.

- Salary: €65,000–€70,000 DOE.
