- A recognised healthcare qualification in the area of nursing or core multi-disciplinary
profession.
- Hold a qualification in a recognised management programme.
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a large and highly regulated
environment.
- Demonstrate clinical experience with proven leadership and management qualities.
- Experience in engaging and working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Have demonstrable track record of leading large teams.
- A thorough and solid knowledge and understanding of HIQA Regulations.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in Safeguarding.
- Excellent financial management experience.
- Full clean drivers licence and access to own vehicle.
