Job Summary
We are Looking for:
- Experience in Loading shovel, 360 Grab (Rubber duck) and Teleporter
- The ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
- Truck License would be an advantage
- Good timekeeping and attendance
- Overtime and weekend work required at times.
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with all licenses and permits issued by regulatory agencies including EPA and NWCPO.
· Comply with Employee Duties as per the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act and General Applications.
· Comply with all company policies and procedures.
· Drive and operate workplace vehicles including but not limited to JCB, 360 Material Handler, Shunter and MEWPs to facilitate bulk transfer of material, material sorting and operation and maintenance of SRF Plant and the Yard.
· Maintain contact with departmental colleagues and manager utilizing radio system provided or any alternative communication system as determined suitable including Lone Worker where determined appropriate.
· Maintain good housekeeping and waste segregation at all times including ensuring all spills are cleaned up immediately
· Report any defective or damaged equipment including workplace vehicles to Yard Manager immediately and remove from service.
· Assist with or perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
· Coordinate with maintenance teams for daily, weekly, monthly maintenance and repairs
· Communicate with colleagues including manager during shift change.
· Keep workplace clear of slips, trips, falls and that it is keep to housekeeping standards
· Use and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment as required.
· Operate SRF Plant in line with relevant policies, procedures, safe systems of work and manufacturer’s instructions.
· Log daily operational data including but not limited to temperatures, pressures, flow rates and tonnage.
· Conduct routine inspections and safety checks
· Continuously monitor plant operations and safety checks and adjust plant controls to regulate operations.
Pay: €39,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
