Front of House & Sales Team Member – Part Time
GoGym Limerick is looking for a friendly, motivated and enthusiastic Front of House & Sales Team Member to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a customer-facing role within a busy gym environment, combining excellent customer service, sales and lead follow-up with the day-to-day running of the front desk. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys working as part of a team and has a genuine interest in fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests to the gym in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and assist members with queries and requests
- Handle new membership enquiries and help potential members choose the right membership
- Follow up on sales leads and enquiries by phone, email and other communication channels
- Convert enquiries and leads into new memberships
- Carry out membership sales, renewals and general front-desk administration
- Answer phone calls, emails and messages in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with tours of the gym and explain our facilities, memberships and services
- Build positive relationships with members and help create a welcoming gym environment
- Use computer systems and gym software to manage memberships, bookings and customer information
- Work closely with the wider GoGym team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the club
- Keep the reception and front-of-house area clean, organised and welcoming
- Assist with gym promotions, events and member engagement when required

- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and the gym environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or a gym/fitness environment is an advantage, but not essential
Pay: €14.15-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
