Clann Mór Residential & Respite CLG is a community-based charity providing person-centred support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities across County Meath. We operate multiple residential homes and a dedicated respite service, empowering individuals to live meaningful lives within their own communities. We currently provide services in Kells, Navan, and Ashbourne.
Clann Mór is a voluntary organisation, with charitable status. We are registered with HIQA.
We have position for: Community Based Support Staff (CBSS) - Waking Night Duty.
This position is an average of 36 hours per week, 3 waking night shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare.
- Proven experience in disability services, ideally within residential and respite settings.
- Solid understanding of HIQA standards and compliance.
- Full, clean driving licence with a requirement to drive as part of the role.
- Energetic and motivated individual with strong work ethic, ambition, and excellent communication skills.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment throughout the night.
- Respond appropriately to any needs that arise during night hours.
- Complete required documentation, communication logs, and handovers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure continuity of care.
