Castleknock Hotel is an award-winning 4 Star hotel in Castleknock, Dublin 15. Our Hotel comprises of 190 bedrooms, Tonic Health Club, The Spa, 22 Bar and Restaurant, Earth & Vine Restaurant, Limetree Bar and extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities. We are part of the FBD Hotels and Resorts group.
We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our expanding Team. If you have previous experience in a similar role we would love to hear from you. This role requires full flexibility.
What we require from our applicants:

To take appointments in a professional manner, ensuring salon genius is kept up to date and all relevant information is recorded appropriately.

To maintain all client consultation cards, ensure accurate details are obtained including medical information and ensure these files are kept confidential.

Management of the reception desk, ensuring the desk is kept neat and tidy and adequately stocked.

To upsell retail products and advise clients and guests on skincare.

The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service

Brilliant attention to detail and effective communication

Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks

Outgoing and friendly personality

Have a professional image at all times in line with the Hotel standards
