The person appointed to the role will report to the Branch Manager and will be primarily accountable for carrying out a range of cash and administrative duties. Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries will also form part of the role.
Qualifications:
- APA certification is essential. Quoted salary is dependent on experience and Qualifications which apply to the role.
- Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration to achieve results
- Experience of providing high quality service to customers
- Ability to maintain a positive, professional and empathetic tone in all dealings with members of the public
- Flexibility and enthusiasm around the overall service provision
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of the importance of working as part of a team
- Experience in the mortgage lending area would be an advantage but is not essential and relevant training will be provided
Responsibilities;
- Greet customers courteously when they visit the branch or on the phone and professionally deal with any queries and requirements they may have
- Process a range of transactions at the counter in a timely and professional manner
- Run reports at the agreed frequency and perform reconciliations as required
- Balance cash on a daily basis in line with policy
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and legislation requirements in all customer interactions.
- Work within all policies and procedures
