We have a great opportunity for the right candidates to join our team. After 18 years in our home away from home creche in The Kilns, Portmarnock we are delighted to have a well established similar setting in Kinsealy woods. This purpose built creche is located right across from many bus tops and has parking on site which makes the commute stress free. We cater for up to 36 children aged 1-5 years and have 3 bright and spacious rooms. We require warm, motivated, and enthusiastic staff to join our team. This creche is a 'Home away from home' setting and that's the atmosphere we always strive to achieve. The right candidates will work alongside other educators in their class . It’s an excellent opportunity to work alongside hardworking dedicated professionals. This role is full time with a flexible roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and monitor children’s play activities with a sincere and genuine love for working with children
- Plan and organise age-appropriate activities
- Must have knowledge of the Aistear curriculum framework and Sìolta quality framework.
- Assist in preparing & serving food and refreshments to the children.
- Organising and comforting children during sleep and rest times
- Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum QQI level 5
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Be able to work as part of a team with good team spirit
- Willingness to learn
- First aid training desirable
