Bar Manager – Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead the bar operations across our hotel’s bars and function areas. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering a 4‑star experience at all times.
The Bar Manager will oversee bar supervisors and bar staff, manage daily operations, ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations, and work closely with senior management and other hotel departments to support seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bar operations, ensuring prompt, courteous, and high‑quality service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to consistently meet hotel standards.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, cash handling, rota planning, and cost management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and licensing laws.
- Liaise with F&B, HR, Finance, Reception, and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Act as Duty Manager when required, handling guest issues and operational challenges.
- Promote the hotel’s services, maximise revenue, and support event operations.
- Maintain excellent communication, guest satisfaction, and a professional image of the hotel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
