We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of commercial building services systems, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients.

Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.

Service and maintain AHUs, fan coil units, split AC units, pumps, valves and associated plant equipment.

Complete inspections, fault finding and repairs.

Use CAFM systems to manage and update work orders.

Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Participate in the on-call rota as required.

Build and maintain positive client relationships on site.

Trade qualification in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Services, Plumbing, Electrical or a related discipline.

Experience working in a building services or facilities maintenance environment.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

F-Gas Category 1 certification desirable.

Experience with boiler plant, chillers, BMS systems and gas qualifications advantageous.

SafePass certification.
-
Full clean driving licence.
