Position Overview:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a strong drive to sell and succeed? Are you ready to hit ambitious weekly sales targets and build a thriving customer base from the ground up? GH AGRI is seeking a results-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to actively promote and sell our agricultural healthcare products across Ireland. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on closing sales, building client relationships, and exceeding targets. What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales through constant engagement with farmers, agricultural professionals, and industry stakeholders, promoting and selling GH AGRI’s healthcare products.
- Be on the ground Monday to Friday, across a defined geographic location identifying potential new customers and following self-generated leads.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong customer base, continually identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve core weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, with generous commission opportunities for meeting and exceeding goals.
- From time to time represent GH AGRI at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand client connections.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions to support ongoing relationship building.
- Report daily to head office on the days activities with a weekly round up of outcomes at the end of the week.

- Competitive Salary & Earnings Potential: Base salary is €35,000, with first-year earnings reaching €50–€55k if targets are met, and second-year potential of €55-€70k.
About You:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales is essential; this is a highly targeted sales role.
- Agricultural Knowledge: Familiarity with the agricultural sector is a plus, but passion for the field is a must.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to connect with customers and clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products in improving herd health and profitability.
- Ambitious and Self-Driven: Strong motivation to close sales, hit targets, and exceed expectations.
