Full Job Description:
We are currently seeking Qualified Electricians and Electrical Apprentices to join our team. The successful candidates will work across a range of electrical and electronic security projects, including electrical installations, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems. These are site-based roles and will involve travel to various customer locations. Company transport will be provided.
Positions Available:
Qualified Electrician
- Recognised electrical trade qualification.
- Relevant electrical installation and maintenance experience.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CCTV, intruder alarms or access control systems would be an advantage.
Electrical Apprentice
- Suitable for candidates currently completing an electrical apprenticeship.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical skills on site.
- Interest in gaining experience across electrical and electronic security systems.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable, motivated and willing to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Electrical installation, maintenance and repair works.
- Electrical testing and fault finding.
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Installation and maintenance of intruder alarm systems.
- Installation and maintenance of access control systems.
- Carrying out service and repair call outs.
- Completing work in line with job specifications and site requirements.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Completing relevant job and site documentation.
- Liaising professionally with customers and site personnel.
- Travelling to customer sites as required.
Requirements
- Valid Safe Pass.
- Valid Manual Handling certification.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Desirable
- MEWP certification.
- Abrasive Wheels certification.
- Previous experience with CCTV, intruder alarms, access control or other electronic security systems.
