We are looking to employ a support centre manager to assist our centre manager with the
efficient running of the centre.
Key duties of the support centre manager include the following:
Key Duties:
To work closely with and report to the Centre Manager in the administration and
management of the service.
To assist the centre manager in all aspects of ensuring that the service is compliant
with IPAS and HIQA Regulations.
To work with the centre manager and wider team to promote a culture of
continuous quality improvement
To ensure the day-to-day operations of the service run smoothly and in accordance
with the policies and procedures
To carry out administrative and operational procedures in accordance with
organisation policies and as directed by the Centre Manager and SMT.
To ensure that the required administration and recording systems are in place and
up to date to reflect the centre and resident status at all times.
To ensure a safe, welcoming and friendly environment is maintained in the operation
of the Centre
To work effectively and in collaboration with IPAS, HIQA, HSE, Tusla, Gardai and all
relevant agencies

Pay: €28,672.14-€30,420.00 per year
Work Location: In person
