We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team in Jilly & Joes. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for our guests, ensuring that service is smooth, professional, and efficient across all food and beverage areas including our carvery, cafe and Drive thru.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, tidy, and properly set up.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas for events or regular service.
- Process payments using POS systems accurately.
- Work closely with kitchen to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to health & safety and food safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available full time 5 days over 7
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
