This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up in a new role and support the business and its people. You’ll deliver impactful support and collaborate across many Primark departments by assisting the team in creating purchase orders, transferring stock, and performing bulk admin tasks.

What You’ll Do:
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
-
Communicating with the team lead to clear up any missing information or inconsistencies.

Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion.

Maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency work quality

Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.

Efficient management of daily workload and priorities.

Provide a daily review of completed and outstanding workloads to the team lead.
We want every person in our organization to feel like they’re making a key contribution. Here are some of the experiences and skills you’ll need for the role:

Experienced Administrator with 2-3 years of experience, ideally in a large, fast-paced organization or a smaller organization where you were the “go-to person” in a busy office environment.

Business-related qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software

Experience in user management and support.
