Concrete Finishers – PMD Formwork

PMD Formwork are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our growing team working on major construction projects across Galway, the West of Ireland, and nationwide.
We specialise in concrete formwork and structural concrete works on residential and commercial projects and are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality finishes.
The Role
The successful candidates will work as part of a site team carrying out concrete finishing works including:
- Finishing and smoothing poured concrete surfaces
- Power floating and hand finishing
- Edge finishing and surface preparation
- Assisting with pours and general concrete works
- Ensuring a high standard of finish and workmanship
- Working safely and following site safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in concrete works / formwork
- Ability to work as part of a team on busy construction sites
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality finishes
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (preferred but can be arranged)
- Reliable, punctual and willing to travel to sites
