Front of House Supervisor / Manager
with Social Media & Guest Experience Responsibility

*** Looking for someone who has availability most weekday evenings from 3pm and all weekend. Would not suit someone currently in post primary education. This is not a summer job.
We’re looking for a confident, friendly and organised Front of House Supervisor / Manager to help lead the customer experience at Ninos.
This role would suit someone who is naturally outgoing, takes pride in good service, and enjoys being part of a busy, growing restaurant.
The main focus of the role is looking after the floor, supporting the team, and making sure every customer feels welcome and well cared for. We are also looking for someone who can help us grow our social media presence by capturing the energy of the restaurant, the food, the team and the little moments that make Ninos what it is.
The role will include:
Welcoming customers and helping create a warm, professional atmosphere
Supporting and leading the FOH team during service
Making sure service standards are kept high
Handling bookings, takeaway flow and customer queries
Training newer team members in how we look after guests
Helping drive sales through great customer care, upselling and attention to detail
Creating simple social media content for Instagram/TikTok
Capturing behind-the-scenes moments, new dishes, team content and customer atmosphere
Working with management on promotions, posts and ideas to grow the Ninos brand
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident and genuinely good with people
Reliable and organised
Comfortable leading a small team
Good under pressure during busy services
Interested in food, hospitality and customer experience
Comfortable using Instagram/TikTok
Creative enough to spot good content opportunities
Professional, positive and able to set the tone on the floor

Pay: €14.50-€16.50 per hour
