We are currently looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team in a busy modern sushi restaurant in Dublin city centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sushi, fresh ingredients, and high-quality food presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki, and rolls
- Prepare ingredients and daily mise en place
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
- Ensure consistency and quality during service
- Keep workstation clean and organised
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Prep Chef
- Good knife skills and fish preparation knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with positive attitude
- HACCP knowledge preferred
