Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Experienced Road Freight Co-Ordinator (minimum 2 years’ experience) to join our dynamic and expanding team.

The Role
As a Road Freight Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing road freight shipments across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating domestic and international road freight shipments
- Liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents
- Managing bookings, documentation, and customs requirements
- Monitoring shipments from collection through to delivery
- Resolving operational issues proactively and professionally
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in road freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of Irish, UK & European transport operations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
