Lighthouse Drinks is an award winning support business to the Irish Whiskey industry. We operate wholesale, retail, production/bottling & fulfilment departments which all come together under one roof to offer Ireland's greatest range of services to aspiring whiskey businesses.
We are currently expanding the production/bottling department and are looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our team.
Role Purpose:
Working on a busy production line which bottles batches of spirits (whiskey/gin/vodka) using Polarais automation equipment. All other duties as directed by line manager/supervisor.
Reports to:
Production Manager
Responsibilities
- to maintain high health & safety standards
- to keep the production area clean and tidy at all times
- to meet bottling targets set out by managment on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Great organisatinal skills
- HACCP experience preferred
· Ability to work on your own whilst also being part of a wider team
· Good written and verbal communications skills
· Own mode of transport preferred
· Good attention to detail
· Hardworking, honest with strong desire to succeed
· Must be a team player
· An ability to pick up tasks and apply processes quickly
