We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Social Care Workers to join our team in providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals who avail of our services. The role of the Social Care Worker is to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who avail of our services. This role will include the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:
- Supporting individuals to plan, organise, and manage their daily activities and routines.
- Assisting individuals to access and actively participate in their local communities, promoting inclusion, independence, and social engagement.
- Supporting individuals in education, training, skills development, and the achievement of their personal goals and aspirations.
- Assisting individuals to develop and maintain independent living skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and maintaining family and social relationships.
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of, and adhering to, all Company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Working flexibly across a 24-hour, 7-day service to meet the needs of the individuals supported and ensure continuity of care and support.

- A Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related discipline is essential.
- Registration with the relevant professional body, including CORU registration where applicable, is required.
- Previous experience working in a social care or support setting is desirable, but not essential.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals to live fulfilling, meaningful, and independent lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with individuals, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A full driving licence is required, or candidates must be actively working towards obtaining one.
- Flexibility and reliability to work across a range of shifts in line with service requirements.
