Your New Role
You will join a leading facilities management client as a Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician, working on-site in South Dublin. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and adaptable individual (carpentry background is advantageous). This role is for someone who can support a wide range of maintenance activities across a busy site.
Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks

Complete carpentry work, including repairs, fittings, and general upkeep

Support general building maintenance, including minor plumbing and electrical tasks.

Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner.

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations

Conduct regular inspections and report any maintenance issues or risks

Liaise with contractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
What You Will Need to Succeed

Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role

Preferred background as a carpenter or similar trade background

Multi-skilled experience across building maintenance disciplines

Good understanding of health & safety procedures

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude
What You Will Receive

Salary between €40,000 - €50,000 (depending on experience)
