Our client is a well‑respected building contractor based in Dublin, known for delivering high‑quality projects across the residential and commercial construction sectors. Due to continued activity on a busy site, they are seeking an experienced Banksman to support safe site operations and vehicle movements.
Your new role
- Direct and guide plant, machinery, and delivery vehicles safely around the construction site

Assist in vehicle reversing, loading, and unloading activities

Maintain clear communication with machine operators and site management

Monitor pedestrian movement and ensure safe access routes

Support general site safety and follow all health & safety procedures

Carry out basic labouring or site support tasks when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Banksman / Traffic Marshal on construction sites

Valid Safe Pass (required)

Banksman/Signaller ticket (required)

Strong awareness of site safety and communication protocols

Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work well with site teams
