About the Role:
The Bailie Hotel is seeking experienced chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver high-quality food to our customers. Must have a minimum of 6+ years experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, health, and safety
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist in menu development and daily specials when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
