Are you looking to get your foot in the door of a professional kitchen and actually learn the trade? Man O'War Gastropub in Courtlough, Balbriggan is hiring two full-time kitchen team members to join a busy, fast-paced kitchen.
We don't just need someone to wash pots — we want people who are willing to work hard, keep their head down, and grow. If you show us you're serious, we'll show you everything we know.
What you'll be doing:
Starting as Kitchen Hand / KP, with a clear path to Commis Chef for the right candidate. You'll learn how a professional kitchen runs from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
- A strong work ethic — this is a busy kitchen and we need people who can keep up
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliability — turn up, work hard, do it again
- You must live in the Fingal area or have your own transport — we are not on a public bus route (Eircode K34 F436)
