Dodder Park Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent Pharmacist to oversee the professional, clinical, and regulatory standards of our modern community pharmacy in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14. Key Responsibilities
- Superintendent oversight of all professional and clinical standards
- Ensure full compliance with PSI legislation, guidance, and governance requirements
- Maintain and update SOPs, quality systems, and risk‑management processes
- Provide leadership across all clinical services, patient counselling, and safety standards
- Oversee dispensary workflow, audit processes, and continuous quality improvement
- Liaise with GPs, nursing teams, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
- Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ post‑registration experience
- Previous Superintendent or Supervising experience
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care
