As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will help elevate SMB business by turning strategy into action. This role is all about driving operational excellence, enabling smart decision-making, and ensuring growth across the Education and Nonprofit segments.
Responsibilities:

Be a trusted advisor: Provide strategic insights and business intelligence to regional SMB sales leaders, helping them make informed decisions on investments, resources, and priorities.

Drive growth outcomes: Oversee SMB segment performance, focusing on partner-led revenue, cloud adoption, and customer acquisition.

Run the business with discipline: Lead the rhythm-of-business (ROB) and monthly business reviews (IARs), ensuring consistent tracking of performance and forecasts.

Empower partners: Integrate partner-led sales motions into core operations, boosting CSP channel growth, renewals, and co-sell execution.

Shape strategy: Represent SMB in annual planning, influencing segmentation, coverage models, and quota setting with local market insights.

Deliver actionable intelligence on metrics like partner attach rates, CSP renewals, and marketing-sourced demand.

Maintain operational excellence through structured ROB and IAR processes.

Strengthen the partner ecosystem by improving renewal execution and aligning marketing campaigns with partner success.

Shift reporting focus toward leading indicators (renewal schedules, partner readiness) to anticipate growth.

Support agile planning with insights on growth propensity, wallet share, and cost-to-serve.

Lead business reviews with compelling, data-driven storytelling.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, creating scorecards and commentary that highlight opportunities.

Collaborate across marketing, finance, partner, and sales teams to share best practices and drive consistency.

Influence fiscal year planning with market intelligence and strategic recommendations.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience: 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and DAX.

Experience with process management tools, such as Visio.

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, MySQL, and Excel.

Experience with BI tools would be considered a plus.

Experience with automation tools, such as Power Automate, would be considered a plus.
