KERALA MANDI LIMITED T/A ELA is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) to join our professional kitchen team for the location at 11 Chelmsford Lane, Ranelagh, DUBLIN, D06 KX84, Ireland
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Preparing and cooking authentic Indian cuisine to a high standard
Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff when required
Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong teamwork and ability to manage the kitchen

Annual Salary: €37,000 gross
Hours: 39 hours per week
