Scope of the Role
The Supervisor oversees operations at the warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. The duties include managing the team, training new staff and monitoring compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
· Intake of Raw Materials
· Rostering of staff to cover 7 days / week dispatches
· Liaise with the Quality Department to ensure end to end compliance with food safety requirements
· Respond to customer orders and generate ‘picks’ from the finished product
· Liaise with 3rd party hauliers & distribution centres to ensure timely delivery of finished goods
· Liaise with the Operations Manager to discuss stock of both raw materials and finished product,
· Regular Stock Taking, Accurate Stock Control & Rotation
· Ad hoc duties as requested by Line Manager
Essential
· Must have own transport
· Experience of supervising a team
· Basic Computer Literacy
· Good spoken English
Desirable
· B Driving Licence
· Forklift Licence
· Experience working with SAP
Pay: €50,000.00 per year
