At BikeRowSki, we’re excited to continue growing our family of passionate, energetic individuals who deliver outstanding fitness experiences across the country. We are currently seeking one part-time coach to join our team at BikeRowSki Douglas.

Connection is at the heart of everything we do. Our studios are known for their welcoming, personable atmosphere, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people. You should feel comfortable chatting with members, offering support, showing empathy, and helping everyone feel at ease the moment they walk through the door.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous coaching experience is a must but what matters most is your enthusiasm, communication skills, and desire to learn. All coaches will eventually lead sessions for groups of 18 members, delivering the signature BikeRowSki experience.
Applicants must have attended at least 10 BikeRowSki classes, as understanding our approach and atmosphere is essential. If you bring curiosity and passion, we’ll provide full training on the three Concept2 ergs, Bike, Row, and Ski and teach you how to deliver sessions that our members love.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: €20.00-€30.00 per hour
