Reservations Executive
Hayfield Manor is currently recruiting for a Reservations Executive to join our Central Reservations Team.
This role will suit a results-orientated, ambitious and highly organised person who enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for clients at enquiry stage and beyond for all 4 properties within the Scally Hotel Collection
- Become a specialist on all properties within the collection-gain an understanding of customer needs in all target markets and provide expert assistance for individual and group enquiries
- Assist colleague specialists in the other properties and within the reservations departments
- Convert and coordinate reservation enquiries to maximise the guest experience
- Responsible for fulfilment and communication of guest requests and requirements to colleagues in operations departments
- Individualise and build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business for the collection
- As a team achieve revenue targets for the organisation.
- Become an expert in the role, thereby maximising conversions and identifying appropriate opportunities to upsell and cross sell
- Assist Reservations Manager with all related duties as requested
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in Tablepaths, Opera, Volante or similar advantageous
- Thorough Understanding of the importance of Customer Experience and uncompromising standards of excellence
- Great communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with guests and management and staff across a variety of nationalities and experience levels
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Energetic, Friendly, Approachable, Professional, Courteous and Well Groomed
