Experienced Café Team Member (Full-Time, Permanent)

About the Role
The Bakers Son is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our busy café. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills, and is a reliable team player.
Previous experience is essential in at least one of the following areas:
- Barista
- Deli Counter
- Waitressing/Front of House

The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a café, deli, or hospitality environment.
- Be friendly, approachable, and customer focused.
- Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to perform well in a busy, fast-paced workplace.
Working Hours
- Approximately 35 hours per week.
- Tuesday to Saturday availability is essential.
Business opening hours are:
- Tuesday to Friday: 7.30am – 4:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 3.00pm
Applicants must be available to work within these hours.
Important Information
- This is a full-time permanent position and is not a summer or temporary role.
- This position is not suitable for secondary school or college students due to the required availability.
