Account Executive
This office-based Account Executive assists our customers and partner network in determining SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility. Once the proposal is presented to the client, it's the responsibility of the Account Executive to discuss the proposal with the homeowner, guiding them on pricing, project timelines and recommending home energy upgrade measures with the best value and clients ROI in mind.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivator, confident and personable with demonstrable sales expertise.
Description of Responsibilities
· Meet and exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
· Develop a deep understanding through our training of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.
· Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.
· Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
· Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped and successfully delivered.
· Accurately record and report daily activity in CRM system.
· Stay informed on industry developments, grant scheme updates, and energy efficiency best practices.
Requirements
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry.
· Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn).
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner.
· Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities.
· Fluent English - verbal and written.
