Restaurant
We are currently recruiting for waiting staff within our Restaurant. The role will involve ensuring guest satisfaction withing a busy restaurant. The hours of work will involve both early mornings (typical breakfast shifts 0800-1200) and evenings (typical dinner shifts 1700-2330).
Conference & Banqueting
The role will involve helping out in different areas of the hotel, from serving at breakfast, to clear up from a function, to completing a service at a wedding. The role will also involve assisting our porters to set up rooms for functions. The role will involve moving of tables and chairs, polishing cutlery and glasses, setting tables, serving food, clearing after service, hoovering large areas of floors.
The hours of work will vary from early shifts, mid day shifts and evening shifts depending on business requirements.
Foyer
This role will involve working within the Foyer area of the hotel, taking guest orders, delivering food and drink and clearing afterwards. The role will involve assisting with the food service within the Bar Department and delivery of Room Service orders. The working hours will vary depending on requirements however could start as early as 8am and finish as late as midnight.
What are we looking for?
Excellent presentation,
Customer service and communication skills,
Excellent command of the English Language
Experience in a waiting role would be a distinct advantage.
Available midweek and weekends and flexible with working times and shifts
