Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative / Installer to join our growing team based in Midleton, Co. Cork. Full training will be provided, offering an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a specialised trade.
The successful candidate will work in the insulation of refrigerated vehicles and gain hands-on experience in areas such as fibre processing, panel fitting, and general mechanical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and carry out fibre gassing, shaping, and fitting of insulated panels
- Operate hand tools and machinery, including drills and power tools
- Perform general duties as assigned by the manager
- Assist colleagues and support team tasks as required
- Operate forklift trucks and lifting equipment (training provided)
- Follow safe manual handling procedures at all times
- Participate in the installation and insulation of refrigerated vehicles
Training & Development
- Full training provided across all aspects of the role
- Opportunity to learn valuable trade skills in a specialist industry
- Training in forklift operation and safe manual handling
