Ark Childcare is expanding and we are currently seeking caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Educators to join our team in Rolestown, Swords. We have a range of opportunities available for educators who are passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Positions Available
- Full-Time Positions
- Part-Time Positions
- ECCE Positions (7:30am – 1:30pm)
- After-School Positions (1:00pm – 6:00pm)
Age Groups
Successful candidates will work with:
- Wobblers: 12–18 months
- Toddlers: 18 months – 2 years 8 months
- Pre-School: 2 years 8 months - 5 years
- Afterschool: 5 years - 10 years
Early Years Educator / Childcare Practitioner
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Support children’s learning through play-based and age-appropriate activities
- Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and personal care
- Observe and support children’s development and wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming classroom environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a childcare team
- Build positive relationships with parents and families
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working with young children desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Garda Vetting required (or willingness to obtain)
