Based in our Naas Road location, we are now inviting applications for the role of HR Manager - Maternity Cover. This is a fixed-term maternity cover position. The duration of the contract will be confirmed based on the expected return date of the current post holder.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 08.30am – 17.30pm.
The Role:
This position will suit a dynamic individual who is ambitious and career focused, with a keen interest in the active recruitment of people and the successful implementation of good HR practice. The successful candidate will have the ability to work very well in a multi-functional environment, liaising with the relevant department managers to source and recruit for current vacancies with a primary focus on continuous improvement, growth and expansion.
Reporting to the Franchise Director.
Key responsibilities and experience:
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees from in market & overseas.
- Monitor and manage online job listing sites, including publishing of current vacancies across all channels.
- Knowledge and experience applying for work permits for foreign nationals preferrable.
- Manage the internal HR platforms across the business ensuring all employees have access and are compliant.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development programs.
- Support training functions, such as conducting inductions and various training programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance and effective file management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relation issues with discretion and professionalism, including investigations and disciplinary processes when needed.
- Travel to showrooms within group as necessary to fulfil duties of the role.

- Third level HR qualification.

- Personable, approachable and impartial.
- Previous experience of Timepoint HR & Timetastic desirable but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of job posing websites and LinkedIn recruiter.
