The International Hotel, Killarney town centre is seeking a Junior Pastry Chef to join our existing Kitchen Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
- Preparation of cakes, cookies, pies and pastries
- Taking responsibility for the quality of desserts and their prompt service
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail is a must
- Flair for decorative plates, dishes and products
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initative
