We have an exciting new position available in our Dundrum town Centre Fashion retail store and we are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time senior level supervisor. Selected is a Danish Fashion brand for Men & Women.
This position will require the successful candidate to be flexible for late nights, weekends and possible mid week shifts.
Experience/Skills required;
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve store goals
- Commercially focused
- Working to achieve KPI's & store targets
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customer
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Working alongside a team
- Balancing cash registers with receipts.
**At least 2 years experience required** Supervisory experience required
Expected hours: 39.0 per week
