Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team at our new site at Santry in Dublin. This is a great opportunity for a person who is keen to be part of a small proactive team, with the benefit of access to deep available stock to meet customer demands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and developing sales and profit from our existing customer database as well as driving sales growth through new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have developed great telephone skills through their experience, particularly in the area of outbound calls and can demonstrate excellent customer service that surpasses expectations.
Core Duties:
- Proactive outbound retention, prospecting and lead activity management.
- Working with a Commercial Manager to discover opportunities from leads and arrange follow up action including video call meetings and frequent face to face meetings in our new apparel Hub Showroom in Dublin.
- Generate new business opportunities via researching all media channels.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience from enquiry to delivery
- Develop market categories & specifically new industries.
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to convert opportunities.
- Log, track and maintain outbound activity via Salesforce.
- Update customer information in our CRM & ERP.
- Attend sales meetings, sales training and potentially local trade shows/road shows
- Cross selling products to drive profit at the point of sale.
- Maintain market & competitor knowledge.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge & competitor awareness which will enable you to offer alternative products
Qualification/Experience:
- Promotional wholesale sales experience would be beneficial as would experience within a workwear environment
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to ensure great customer service
- Effective IT skills
Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
